Every senior has different needs and preferences, so the assessment isn’t a formality—it’s what the whole plan gets built around, adjusted as circumstances change rather than set once and left alone.
-
Diseases of Aging—specialized caregivers and chronic disease management for Alzheimer’s, dementia and other age-related conditions.

For memory-related conditions specifically, caregivers are matched for the right fit, not just availability—focused on a structured routine, cognitive stimulation and a safe environment, extending to neurodegenerative and other age-related conditions more broadly.
-
Regular Communication—updates on your loved one’s health, behavior and comfort, whenever something changes.

These aren’t generic check-ins—caregivers flag specific changes in health or behavior as they notice them, not just on a fixed schedule, so families aren’t caught off guard.
Our priority is to enhance quality of life for seniors while giving families peace of mind—with personalized, compassionate care in the comfort of home.
Questions Families Ask
Senior care, answered.
If your question isn’t here, a Care Manager will answer it on the phone.
See all FAQs →Can caregivers support someone with Alzheimer’s or dementia?
Yes. We match specialized caregivers with clients who have memory-related conditions, focused on a structured routine, cognitive stimulation and a safe environment—extending to other neurodegenerative and age-related conditions as well.
How is my family kept informed about how things are going?
Caregivers provide regular updates on your loved one’s health, behavior and comfort, and flag any changes as they happen rather than waiting for a scheduled check-in.
Can caregivers take my parent to appointments or run errands with them?
Yes. Caregivers accompany clients to medical appointments, social outings and errands. For safety, caregivers don’t drive, so transportation is arranged separately, such as a taxi.
Is care available for just a few hours, or does it need to be full-time?
Care is flexible and never locked into a long-term contract—from a few hours a week up to around-the-clock support, adjusted as needs change. Visits have a 4-hour minimum per shift.
