Who We Are

A compassionate team, every step of the way.

A caregiver gently holding the hands of an elderly client

Our comfort home care assistance services in Montreal are led by a compassionate, multidisciplinary team of Palliative Care Specialists.

That includes highly trained registered nursing assistants (RNAs) and nurse’s aides, all focused on round-the-clock support for patients and family caregivers—so no one navigates this alone.

How We Support

Care for every moment.

Personalized Care Plans

Built on the best senior home care, honoring your wishes, values and preferences.

Learn more

We start with a comprehensive assessment of your family’s specific needs and goals, then build a plan around what actually matters to you—not a standard template.

Symptom Management

One of the best caregiver agencies in Montreal for pain management, nausea control, respiratory support and comfort measures.

Learn more

Caregivers work closely with your healthcare providers to develop symptom-relief strategies as needs change, aiming to minimize discomfort and keep the environment as peaceful as possible.

Personal Care & Hygiene

Gentle, respectful support that preserves dignity and comfort.

  • Bathing, dressing, grooming and oral care

  • Toileting assistance, with dignity prioritized

Learn more

Maintaining hygiene and comfort matters as much as any clinical task in end-of-life care—caregivers approach it with the same care and respect as everything else, so dignity is never an afterthought.

Medication & Symptom Monitoring

Careful tracking, so nothing is missed.

  • Administering medications as prescribed

  • Monitoring effects, with updates to your healthcare providers

Learn more

Beyond administering medication, caregivers document changes and communicate with your healthcare providers, so regimens and symptom strategies get adjusted as things evolve—not just followed on autopilot.

Nutritional Support

Assistance with eating and drinking, following individual preferences and dietary restrictions—coordinated with providers including our post-operative nursing care team.

Learn more

Nourishment and hydration matter for comfort and quality of life, not just nutrition on paper—caregivers work with your healthcare providers to find an approach that actually works for where things stand.

Respite Care

Temporary relief for family caregivers—rest, recharge, and peace of mind, knowing your loved one is in capable hands.

Learn more

Caring for a loved one at the end of life is physically and emotionally demanding on its own. Caregivers step in so family members can take a real break, not just a shorter one.

Beyond the Physical

Support for the whole family.

Emotional & Spiritual Support

Companionship, active listening and a comforting presence—respecting the diverse beliefs and traditions of every client.

Learn more

End-of-life care isn’t only physical—caregivers are present for the emotional and spiritual side too, in whatever way fits your family’s own beliefs and traditions.

Family Support & Education

Support that extends to the whole family, not just the client.

Learn more

This time affects the whole family, not just the person receiving care. Caregivers help family members work through the decisions that come up, with real information rather than vague reassurance.

  • Guidance to navigate the challenges and decisions that arise

  • Education and resources for the whole family

Bereavement Support

Our support doesn’t end with the passing of a loved one—counseling, resources and referrals to grief support, from Montreal’s trusted caregiver agency.

Learn more

Grieving looks different for every family, so support after a loss stays available for as long as it’s useful—not on a fixed schedule.

Open Communication & Care Coordination

Regular updates and seamless coordination with doctors, nurses and hospice teams, for the best possible care.

Learn more

Caregivers document changes and stay in the loop with your doctors, nurses and hospice team directly, so information doesn’t get lost between visits.

Is comfort care the same as end-of-life or palliative care?

Comfort care focuses on quality of life and symptom relief during the transition from active treatment to end-of-life care. It’s led by a team that includes Palliative Care Specialists, registered nursing assistants and nurse’s aides, working alongside your existing medical team rather than replacing it.

Does support end when my loved one passes away?

No. We provide bereavement support to family members after a loss, including counseling, resources and referrals to grief support—grief looks different for everyone, so this isn’t on a fixed timeline.

Can caregivers work alongside our doctors, nurses or hospice team?

Yes. Caregivers provide regular updates and coordinate directly with your existing care team—doctors, nurses and hospice—so everyone stays aligned as things change.

Is support available for the rest of the family, not just my loved one?

Yes. This time affects the whole family. Caregivers offer guidance, education and resources to help family members navigate the decisions and challenges that come up, not just care for the person directly.
